Localize It, gives end users
the ability to be indexed in

however has no legal bound
tie to any of the search
engines, which in turn can

no refunds in the event that
any non-inclusion by one of
the search engines were to
take place. This is a 1 time
sale. For each calendar year
consisting of 365 days from
the time of first sale, you
will be sent a notice in
which you have the right to
be included in another
annual renewal. Localize It
has the option to sell you a
renewal for fair market
price or at a discount.
Should Localize It not
receive payment, Localize It
will not assume any
guarantee that this service
will continue for the
proceeding following year.
Localize It also does not
guarantee Page Rank 1 or any other ranking. We
however do guarantee that we
will work very diligently on
getting you or your business
to Page 1 by using our
strategic internet marketing
campaigns. Your Page 1
visibility could also be
impacted by not utilizing
enough of our services.

Localize It, also does not
host your site, so incase of
any down time, this may
impact your site rankings as
well. Localize It utilizes third party hosting in which
case, Client understands agrees to hold Localize It harmless
for any act of downtime or interruption that may occur to
the website or email. This only includes security breaches.
We will not perform
any coding of your site
unless you have signed up
for a monthly maintenance
agreement.
Credit Card Information
Localize It uses an offsite
3rd party credit card
processing company, PayPal
to process all of the
confidential information.
This information is stored
with PayPal and Localize It
cannot guarantee any name
selling or security
breaches.
